The idea for TipMeJar started in the fourth quarter of a basketball game.

My brother and I were watching a playoff match when a bench player - someone who barely got minutes all season - completely took over. He carried our team through the semifinals. It was one of those rare, unforgettable performances. And we couldn&rsquo;t stop thinking about it. He might never have a game like that again. He might not get a raise. He might not even stay in the league long. But in that moment, he was&nbsp;the&nbsp;reason we won. We turned to each other and said, &ldquo;There has to be a way for fans to support players like him -&nbsp;right now,&nbsp;when it matters most.&rdquo;

That was the spark. And it clicked in me on a deeper level too, because as an artist, I&rsquo;ve spent my life trying to solve a simple but personal problem:&nbsp;How do we make creativity sustainable?&nbsp;Not just for the stars, but for anyone brave enough to share what they love with the world. The world is full of extraordinary people, but too often their talent stays hidden because they&rsquo;ve never had the right place to be seen, supported, or sustained.
